Jodi's Rum Cake Bread 1.5 - 2c

a2, bread, cake, dessert

1 cup water; lukewarm
3/4 teaspoon rum extract
3 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups white bread flour
2 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/3 cup pecan bits; optional
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.

Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
