1 large egg; beaten
1/2 box (3 oz) instant vanilla pudding; heaping 1/4 cup
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teasp salt
4 cups bread flour
1 package dry yeast; 2.25 tsp (up to 1 tbsp)
      ---- FILLING ----
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon; (or more to taste)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter; or margarine
      ---- Cream Cheese Frosting ----
1 package (4 oz) Cream Cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoon milk
      ---- OR ----
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 tablespoon milk

Place ingredients in your machine according to directions of your
manufacturer.

After completing on dough cycle, roll out to a approximately 17 x 10
rectangle. Add filling.

Filling

Combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl until well mixed. Spread
softened margarine over the surface of the dough and sprinkle
sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over the dough surface within 1 inch of the
long edges.

Sometimes I add nuts or raisins or both but my kids prefer above with more
cinnamon.

Roll up and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place in greased cake pans (I use my
stone deep dish pizza pans...to give away I buy the aluminum pizza pans).
Let rise in warm place for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Bake at 350 ºF to 375ºF for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Frost with either the cream cheese frosting or the powdered sugar glaze.
Combine the ingredients from the one chosen in a mixing bowl until well
blended. Frost cinnamon rolls with icing while rolls are still in the
baking pan.
