Crawfish Pies - 2c

1 pound Crawfish tails
1 Bunch green onions
1/4 cup Flour
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of celery soup
1/4 pound Butter
2 tablespoons Sherry; to taste
  Salt and pepper; to taste
16 small Pastry shells

Melt butter over medium heat. Chop green onions fine and cook in melted
butter for 5 minutes. Add flour and blend until bubbly. Add mushroom and
celery soups and continue to cook for 5 minutes longer. Add crawfish tails
with juice, sherry, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until warm. Fill
pastry shells and serve. This recipe serves 16-20.
